About me - My name is Jacob, and I'm essentially the stereotypical nerd but without the stereotypical nerd appearance. Video games are what I enjoy most. I have video game merch like Pop Vinyls, t-shirts, plushies of video game characters, and all of my posters are video game related. I like anime and Star Wars, but I prefer Star Trek! I have Nerf guns and enjoy a fun, playful Nerf gun fight. I also like monster trucks, and the only one real sport in the world - hockey.
My personality - I'm very much a stay-at-home person. While I do occasionally enjoy a nice meal at Chili's (I love the Cajun Pasta), I'm more likely to stay home and bake a pizza or make something quick in the microwave. I don't go to bars or parties because I don't like being around lots of people, especially if it gets loud. I've been told I have a good sense of humor, but I also know that it's a bit more crude. I don't smoke, no drugs, nor drink alcohol nor do I like being around people that do any of those things. The only exception is drinking. I don't mind someone who drinks a little to take the edge off the day or relieve a little stress. However, I refuse to be around a drunk, even if they are a "happy" drunk. I'm not easily offended by words, so feel free to say anything, I'm not going to judge.
My date - I have no racial preference, just a gender preference - female from birth. No offense to any transgenders intended. Ideally, I would like to meet someone who is like me in very, very many ways. I would like my lady to be not just my date, or girlfriend, or whatnot, but I want her to be my best friend. So, to quote a song sort of, I want a friend and a lover. She should be mature, yet still be able to laugh at some of the more immature things in life. Be a woman when its needed, yet still be the immature 12-year-old that laughs at something that can be taken "the wrong way." Obviously, this means having very similar interests - most importantly video games. It would be great to sit at home next to that special someone and playing a video game with her - even if its a competitive one that makes us mad at each other, but in a playful way. I'd like her to be willing to go ice skating, so a little bit of athleticism is requested lol. Please don't smoke or do any illegal drugs.
